We prefference site visitation before the quote, to gather information about your property and electricity usage and ensure the system we install, is tailored to you and for your specific requirements.

PERSONALISED CONSULTATION & SYSTEM DESIGN

We assess your requirements and design a solar and/or battery system tailored specifically to your home or business. This includes reviewing your electricity usage, assessing your property, discussing your goals, and recommending quality equipment for long-term performance.

DETAILED PROPOSAL & TRANSPARENT QUOTE

You’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the recommended system, expected performance, total cost, installation timeframe, and warranty information. This also includes your complimentary 3-month system health check as part of our service commitment.

ACCEPTANCE & INSTALLATION SCHEDULING

Once approved, we finalise approvals and grid connection applications and schedule your installation at a convenient time.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

Our licensed team installs and commissions your system safely and efficiently, ensuring everything operates correctly. We’ll also show you how to monitor your system.

SYSTEM HANDOVER & ONGOING SUPPORT

After installation, we remain available for ongoing support and assistance whenever you need us.

COMPLIMENTARY 3-MONTH SYSTEM HEALTH CHECK

Approximately 3 months after installation, we return for your scheduled complimentary health check. We inspect performance, test components, answer your questions, and ensure your system is delivering maximum benefits. This visit is included as part of your original service agreement and reflects our commitment to long-term quality and customer care.
